Mesfin Assfa, from the Beta Israel community of N. Shewa, was invited by Ruth Anne Stevens-Klitz, the Counselor for Public Affairs, at the U.S. Embassy in Addis Ababa, to speak at a Passover diner hosted by the US Embassy.
